Sarah provides individual therapy to school-aged children and young adults, families and couples. She also does parent guidance. She uses approaches derived from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory, among others.

I Provide supervision to newly licensed clinicians in MA, IL, NY, CT and RI. I also do consultation for individuals and families who aren't necessarily wanting long-term therapy, but who are hoping for a comprehensive evaluation, treatment recommendations and treatment planning.

I consult with school district administration on complex cases involving diagnosis, IEP eligibility, and school-based recommendations. I also advise on MTSS structure and mental health screenings, helping administrators design systems that effectively address students' mental health needs.

I'm hired by court-appointed defense attorneys who represent clients who cannot afford legal counsel across CPCS Divisions. This goals is to ensure every client receives representation centered on their unique needs and circumstances. In practice, I provide strategic, litigation-focused support to public and private defense attorneys and their clients under the Indigent Court Cost Act (ICCA).
